A meeting of the STATE FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING CODE COUNCIL will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 15, 2015 at the following location:

The Code Council will convene at 9:00 a.m., Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York, 123 William Street, New York, New York and 65 Court Street, Buffalo, New York. All Code Council meetings are open to the public.

Persons who wish to address the Council during the meeting should submit their request to the Building Standards and Codes Division as soon as possible to be considered on the speakers list during the Public Comment period of the meeting. Written comments or documents must be received by the Building Standards and Codes Division at least five business days prior to the meeting in order to be considered by the Council at the meeting.
