MEETING HAS BEEN POSTPONED **
CONDUCT OF MEETING
The Code Council will convene at 10:00 a.m., Empire State Plaza Convention Center, Albany, New York; , 123 William Street, New York, New York and 65 Court Street, Buffalo, New York. All Code Council meetings are open to the public.
Persons who wish to address the Council during the meeting should submit their request to the Building Standards and Codes Division as soon as possible to be considered on the speakers list during the Public Comment period of the meeting. Written comments or documents must be received by the Building Standards and Codes Division at least three business days prior to the meeting in order to be considered by the Council at the meeting. Please submit requests to address the Council, and/or written comments or documents to Mark Blanke, Assistant Director for Code Development at the Department of State, Building Standards and Codes Division, 99 Washington Avenue, Albany, New York 12231 or e-mail: Mark.Blanke@dos.ny.gov
