Course 9C
Inspection Procedures for Existing Buildings
PREREQUISITES: COURSES 9A and 9B
This program will cover the skills required to conduct inspections of existing buildings using the Fire and the Property Maintenance Codes of New York State. After a lecture on a topic, there will be a virtual inspection using the information from the lecture. The Existing Building Code of New York State will be introduced for work done to existing buildings. This course is designed to provide 21 hours of classroom training, including a 1.5 hour final exam.
