Application Assistance Provider Information


What is an Application Assistance Provider?

An Application Assistance Provider is a State, local or nonprofit agency that provides counseling, referral, shelter or other specialized services to victims of domestic violence and has been designated by the Secretary of State to assist persons applying to be program participants.  Employees and volunteers at these agencies have been provided with training by the Secretary of State so that they may assist applicants for the program. 

To apply to be an Application Assistance Provider, mail or fax a completed Application to Become an Application Assistance Provider to ACP.
