3) Discussion and vote on contract termination of boxer Mike Ruiz and manager Lambros Georgiou. (Executive Session will be called for discussion of evidence regarding evidence involving personal/confidential/medical records).

4) Discussion and vote on drug policy notification for publication on the Commission’s website.

5) Discussion and vote on NYSAC annual report.

6) Discussion and vote on Promoter Contest Request Forms and new contest procedures.

7) Discussion and vote on proposed draft regulations regarding single discipline sanctioning organizations.  

8) Discussion and vote on appointment of Deputy Commissioner Joseph Messi (Executive Session will be called for discussion of evidence regarding evidence involving personal/confidential/medical records).
