working with consultants and the different types of consultants that
might be considered. The relationship of the community with
professional consultants contributes to the quality of the
project and its implementation. These sessions provide guidance for the consultant procurement process, including soliciting consultant proposals; interviewing, selecting and contracting with the consultant; and developing a productive working relationship. |
