Communities + Waterfronts serves the community at large, not just government organizations. We provide support to help community leaders develop a community vision and implement a wide variety of community revitalization and improvement projects. We can help business leaders, community advocates and non-elected officials – almost anyone with a vested interest in improving their community – identify funding sources, guide planning and implementation phases, and collaborate with the public and government to get things done.



We offer assistance in three specific areas:

 Thought Leadership in Community Improvement provides project ideas to engage and inspire your community, and a broad perspective that will help you advance your project.

 Identification of Funding Sources and Grant Opportunities to address specific community or resource issues and advance community revitalization or resource management plans.

 Project Expertise and Technical Support to help outline the steps required to realize your vision, make connections with related organizations, and comply with state and federal regulations for development and environmental protection.
