State Records Fee Schedule

All fees must be paid by cash, check or money order. The Albany office of the Department of State also accepts MasterCard, Visa or American Express for the payment of Apostille/Certificate of Authentication fees. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the “Department of State.” Please do not send cash through the mail. All checks over $500 must be certified.
