The Village and Town of Mount Morris purchased two vehicle hoists to share for vehicle maintenance, the Village will also consolidate their fueling facilities and install an automated fuel control device at the site of the current Town Highway Department fueling facility.

Oneida County with the 43 communities that are part of the Oneida County Public Works Shared Services Program purchased a piece of specialized highway equipment that will be shared.
Orleans County – $43,470.00 Status: Complete
Orleans County purchased a brush cutting attachment that will enable the County to help ten towns to remove debris and growth in waterways.

The Village and Town of Ossining, with the Miachaelian Institute of Pace University, studied shared services and cooperative agreements to improve their efficacy and suggested opportunities for new shared services and cooperation.

The Town of Rose with the Towns of Huron, Lyons and Galan, purchased an excavating machine and an asphalt compactor, to maintain and resurface the local roads.

The Town of Russia constructed a new 11,200 SF highway garage and 9,600 SF salt storage facility on property owned by the Town of Russia.

St. Lawrence County, the Village and Town of Canton and other stakeholders will conduct a study to determine the potential costs and benefits associated with a shared highway facility near the Village of Canton.
City of Schenectady - $337,500.00 Status: Complete
The City is working with the highway departments in the City of Schenectady, Towns of Niskayuna, Princetown, Glenville and Duanesburg, and the Village of Scotia constructed a new jointly-used municipal salt storage facility in the eastern portion the county.

Steuben County - $292,368.00 Status: Complete
Steuben, Schuyler and Yates Counties co-own and operate a paint striping truck and accessory equipment for pavement striping for the 981 centerline miles of highway maintained by the three counties.
Tioga County – $115,920.00 Status: Award Declined
Tioga County with ten Towns and Villages were to study areas of additional cooperation or consolidation of Highway services, throughout Tioga County. This grant award was declined.
Ulster County - $481,012.00 Status: 40% Complete
Ulster County, with the 7 participating municipalities, is consolidating the deployment of 241 highway vehicles equipped with an Automatic Vehicle Locator unit receiving signals from the Global Positioning Satellite system (GPS). This may lead to breaking barriers to allow future consolidation.
