The Office of Court Administration now requires that attorneys in New York State receive 24 hours of Continuing Legal Education every two years. Sixteen of the hours must be in the area of professional practice, four hours on skills, and four hours on ethics.
CLE credit has been arranged through a cooperative effort with the Albany Law School Institute of Legal Studies and the New York Department of State. Attorneys who wish to receive CLE credit shall pay a fee of $25 to the Albany Law School Institute of Legal Studies for each course taken.
The Albany Law School Institute of Legal Studies has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in the State of New York.
