DOS to Hold a Public Hearing and Meeting on Real Estate License Issues
Real Estate Board will discuss proposed advertising regulation changes

 

ALBANY - The New York Department of State will hold a public hearing followed immediately by a public meeting on Wednesday, November 16, at the Alfred E. Smith State Office Building in Albany and 123 William Street in New York City, regarding the profession of real estate salespersons and brokers. The Department’s Division of Licensing Services issues licenses to persons who sell real estate, and the Real Estate Board assists the Department in adopting rules and regulations relating to this discipline.

The Department’s Real Estate Board is convening to discuss the proposed regulation changes to 19 NYCRR 175.25 regarding advertising. The complete agenda can be found here.
