Search for Consent Orders
In the box below, type in a few descriptive words and click GO for a list of relevant consent orders.
Use words likely to appear in the type of decisions you are looking for (e.g. escrow, application, or experience). If you are looking for decisions that contain a phrase, place the phrase in quotes (e.g. "real estate broker" or "private investigator"). You might also wish to limit the number of search results by keying in the license type (e.g., barber, cosmetology or "real estate broker" (note the use of quotes for the phrase real estate broker)).
Please note that while using the license type names listed above should return most results for that discipline, there is no guarantee that all results will be found. For example, some decisions may have used the term barbering instead of barber; salesman instead of salesperson, waxing instead of cosmetology, etc.
A search returns decisions that include all of your search terms. For example, if you search real estate broker, all decisions using the terms real, estate and broker will be displayed. If you search "real estate broker" escrow, all decisions using the terms "real estate broker" and escrow will be displayed. There is no need to include "and" between terms.
Searches are NOT case sensitive. For example, searches for "alfred smith" and "Alfred Smith" will return the same results.
